Our Services

Here are our basic services. If you have any other requirements, we’re more than happy to discuss during a meet-and-greet.

  • $20

    Our express service, designed for efficiency and peace of mind. A 15-minute drop-in from a familiar face to feed your pets, scoop the litter, refresh water bowls, and sneak in a few well-deserved pats. Perfect for independent pets or quick check-ins.

  • $35

    Our standard care service, centered around quality time and companionship. This option includes all the core essentials of a Quick Visit (feeding, litter, and water updates), extended to a full half-hour to allow plenty of interactive play, belly rubs, and deep affection. Ideal for social pets who love a bit of extra company.

  • From $35

    The ultimate peace-of-mind package for when you’re away from home. We visit your pets twice a day (morning and afternoon) to keep their routines perfectly on track.

    • Double Quick Visit ($35/day): Two 15-minute express check-ins for morning and evening feeds.

    • Mixed Double Visit ($50/day): One 15-minute morning feed + one 30-minute afternoon Companion Visit.

    • Double Companion Visit ($65/day): Two 30-minute extended visits for pets who need maximum company.

  • $2 for Quick Visit

    $5 for Companion Visit

    Don’t pay the premium just because you have more pets. This add-on applies to each pet after the first. Additionally, if you have birds or fish, this will cover them all for the price of one.

Pet Piquet is a family run pet sitting service based out of Townsville. We put emphasis on the family aspect because we know that your pets are part of the family, just as ours are.

Before Pet Piquet was formally established, our dedication to pet sitting began in 2019 as a simple side hustle, where we would care for the pets of friends and family while they were away. It was from this trusted foundation that we decided to expand our services to the wider community.

We know firsthand how stressful travelling can be when you have pets. With one of us being a paramedic, and the other being in the Army, we’ve personally struggled to find reliable friends or family members to watch our own pets. Especially at short notice.
